Mt Baker Rim does not allow non-utility company lockboxes or material/signs/placards/pamphlets to be attached to or placed on MBR property.

Due to this rule being repeatedly ignored and the amount of time we have spent contacting offenders, going forward, any lockbox or material attached to or placed on MBR property will be removed and disposed of without notice and any MBR gate cards within will be forfeited.

Note: Ziply and PSE will also remove anything attached to their poles.

We have a community of very solid RE professionals who physically show up to meet interested customers and agents who desire to visit property in the Rim.
