Welcome to Mt. Baker Rim Community Club! The MBR Board welcomes you and asks you to be aware of our community’s governing documents, including rules and regulations, while you visit or reside here. Below you will find links to our community's documents.

The rules are based on our governing documents- the bylaws, protective restrictions, minimum property standards, board resolutions, and derivative documents.

It is the owners' responsibility to be aware of and abide by these rules and restrictions. It is also their responsibility to inform their guests and renters of them. Owners are responsible for any violations committed by guests and renters.
